Posted on Thursday, June 4, 2009 by Andy Schulz

Someone hasn’t been following the company’s dress code policy, which results in a talking-to from HR and the manager. This episode is a lesson in making your policies easy to understand, even for those with wooden ears.

Okay, now I’m thinkin’ I got this Bobblehead thing. This was funny. You had to be there in the 70’s though Frank… some people almost came to work naked and HR was very busy trying to meet the challenge.

@Ron, lol…even the early 80s had its “barely there” clothing challenges in the workplace. Too funny.

We’re having fun with the HR Bobbleheads. A few Fractals have taken this up as their own and are really knocking it out of the park. Thanks for saying you like it. That really matters to us…we like to do fun stuff and entertain people, too.

Reminds me of a time in the 90’s when my 17-year old son decided to try coloring his hair a bright lime color. (Thanks Jello.) He was working part-time during the summer in customer service at one of the country’s major retail chains. When the Store Manager saw the hair, he got upset and decided to punish (discipline?) my son. After consulting with the HR Manager they decided that my son should not be allowed to wear the store’s tie at work. As long as his hair was green, he would have to wear an open-collared shirt. Duh! Guess what? I had a terrible time convincing my son not to color his hair again.
