Frank, too funny. I think I told you about my friend who owned a small business and asked me if he should do performance reviews and I emphatically told him, “Hell, no!” He went ahead anyway and called me a year later screaming for help because he was witnessing employee relations problems that he never had before – all stemming from his performance appraisals.
