This is the third poster in a series of three about the effects of pay transparency. Those three posters are:

Just to be clear (and reiterate what I’ve said each day these posters have run):

  1. I abhor pay discrimination.
  2. I think compensation isn’t to blame for pay discrepancies.
  3. I believe that pay for performance works.
