Pay Transparency, Komrades

This is the second poster in a series of three about the effects of pay transparency. Just to be clear (and reiterate what I said yesterday):

  1. I abhor pay discrimination.
  2. I think compensation isn’t to blame for pay discrepancies.
  3. I believe that pay for performance works.

I wanted more of the USSR feel, and you provided even before I asked. That’s money Frank. Thanks for the work….

    Frank..love the posters.

BTW. Why doesn’t the new blog have a Search feature? Did you guys just forget about it or was it intentional?

Hi Ani, thanks! We’re pretty delighted about the posters. One more to come.

Um…we’ll get that search function put back in. Good one…we’re delighted with our new design…and we’re building it out. Our guy Furley, a real UX superstar, did all of this. Prety cool.
