Sometimes HR’s Job is to Provide Hope

Long at the end of the day, it’s hard to get energized about the road ahead. It’s easy to fall into the trap of despair. However, our job isn’t to be the Grim-Reaper-in-Chief. Sometimes it’s our job in HR to provide a little hope. To tell people the truth, but tell them that there’s hope out there. A little hope can change the world. It already has.
