Let’s Jump the Gun, with Bullets In It

Well, around our office we have a bunch of million dollar schemes that haven’t had the follow through. So, lets do something about it. When you find yourself in a rut, project management can go a long way. Let’s take those bullets and have then ready for the gun. Setup a brainstorming area for your company. Make it accessible because inspiration come to anyone at anytime and they just need a place to put it. Even chicken scratch can look good in a PowerPoint.

At my part-time agency gig, we normally go for coffee en masse around 2:30. I know it sounds kooky, but it does work. And it's not just the caffeine, it's the camaraderie. Also, guitars. We have a handful of them in the office.

I like the group thing…we like breakfast out together…it's bonding…and my favorite time.
