Generally, I don’t write about our company on KnowHR. So, just for once, I hope you’ll indulge me if I beam for a minute: iFractal — our little company — is 5 years old today.

We were lucky to start out with a huge project at a huge company right off the bat. We were lucky to have a client who believed in us an what we did. And we wouldn’t be where we are today without her support and enthusiasm. What started out great burgeoned into what we are today. We’ve created employee communications for some of the biggest and most prestigious companies across the globe. We have writers, designers and coders. All inside. Our compensation communication work is unparalleled. And so are our people. If it’s okay, I’ll sing “Happy birthday to us.” There will be many more.

Support this post around the web. We would really appreciate it.

Frank, Sarah, Charlie, et al ….

Congratulation on being 5 years old. I must caution you all, however, as you are now only 2 years from the dreaded “Age of Reason” .

LOL, Mark. I remember those words like they were yesterday…and my little white tie. Thanks for the congrats….5 years in consulting is like 50 in some businesses…and we're thriving. Hooray!
