One time, I didn&#039;t get any feedback from my emails, so I stopped one week and the complaints flooded in, &quot;Where is the MMMM?&quot;</description>

<p>Anyway, I like the idea of the welcome back letter.  I used to email a &#8220;Monday Morning Mojo Message&#8221; which provided a lot of the rah-rah motivational stuff to my employees.   One time, I didn&#39;t get any feedback from my emails, so I stopped one week and the complaints flooded in, &#8220;Where is the MMMM?&#8221;</p>
