How to Communicate to HR Punk Rockers

Posted on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 by Frank Roche

Punk rock HR pro Laurie Ruettimann reacted to my post yesterday about how to write the best PowerPoint headlines:

Dude, I’m over PowerPoint. If you can’t tell me on Twitter, I don’t need to know it.

You have 140 characters to tell your story on Twitter. That includes spaces. Write tight or forget it.

Rock on, Laurie.

Support this post around the web. We would really appreciate it.

Now tell Laurie to take her own advice and shorten her blog entries!

Laurie, LOL. It would be comical to write 140-character posts for a week. Great piece of advice you gave, though!

I don’t know if I can limit to twitter but I am working hard to use fewer words and fewer pages.

That’s the essence right there, Rick. You know this stuff.
