Comcast Customer Service on Twitter
Apr 13Sarah Chambers and I gave a talk at PEBA on Thursday. One thing we talked about was the potential uses for Twitter in the HR environment. Fast forward to today.
ComcastCares is on Twitter. The world’s largest cable company is using Twitter to improve customer service.
While not an HR application directly, it makes sense that HR could monitor Twitter as another place where company reputations are being addressed.
BTW: No, the “Frank” in the response isn’t me. According to Twitter site, it’s Frank Eliason from Comcast Customer Outreach. If you’d like to follow me on Twitter, I’m there, too, as frankroche. Go figure.
