Walking the Career Tightrope

It’s Monday morning. What are your people thinking about on their way to work? Their to-do list? Their grocery list? The career tightrope they walk on every day?

People need a career that with a safety net. Otherwise, why take risk? Sure, some may be foolhardy, but most of us just want to do well and not fall. Few of us are as talented in career tightrope walking as the guy in the video.
