		<description>JT, I thought Seth Godin really hit it. I know that Recruiting wants resumes because they process large numbers, but what you say is right...stars and rising stars should be known. 

I wonder how to make the &quot;no resume&quot; idea real. I suppose it starts with the killer &quot;personal marketing&quot; letter. (Penelope Trunk talked about that very nicely in Brazen Careerist.) 

Interesting to think that a resume can be a landmine that can eliminate a person. And it can work both for &quot;too little experience&quot; and for &quot;too big titles.&quot; Hmmm....i&#039;m going to keep plowing this ground.</description>
