Get post on multiple levels. Everyone who is in a position to make a great deal knows the stars in their world or at least recognizes a rising star when one emerges.

I wonder how to make the "no resume" idea real. I suppose it starts with the killer "personal marketing" letter. (Penelope Trunk talked about that very nicely in Brazen Careerist.)
Interesting to think that a resume can be a landmine that can eliminate a person. And it can work both for "too little experience" and for "too big titles." Hmmm....i'm going to keep plowing this ground.
