HR, Millennials and Twitter
Posted on Friday, March 7, 2008 by Frank RocheThe movie above is called Twitter in Plain English. Never heard of Twitter? Time to get with the program…the people who work for you use it all the time. So, what are you doing? Can you write posts in 140 characters or less?
How about 140-character Twitter updates for HR communication? You can protect updates, so a company could do it and let their employees see what they Twitter.
If you decide to start writing Tweets, you can follow me by clicking here. (Just a side note: It will seem weird and useless to you if you’re over 25. That is, until you start following 50-100 people. Interesting people. Then it all makes sense. Go ahead. Try it. All the cool kids are doing it.)

HHmay. It’s one of those things that is great for insta-communication. I’m still thinking through the total application, but must say I learn a lot from the social aspect. I follow 150 people or so. Influencers. very cool.
