ugh. i hate how people get pissed off at cell phone conversations but not conversations on the train.

i think deep down people are just jealous that they can’t eavesdrop on the entire conversation.

I love this. While it may be that no communications will reach the truly inconsiderate, this should make those in the gray area take notice and maybe even change their behavior.

Not officious, not condescending. Nice mix of serious and humor. And this came from a public transit agency. Even more amazing.
