		<description>Jinnyn, I agree. I think companies have a lot to gain from hiring people from non-traditional backgrounds. I don&#039;t know that college is the only way to learn things. But companies want to lower their risks, and having a diploma often means that a person spent four years applying themself. (I know, it can be highly deluded.) I like the idea of high school grads who show initiative...and can do the job...that&#039;s the trick.</description>

I hope others who are part of the hiring decision making process in America change their minds and give high school grads a chance.
