UR Fired: Using IM as the Terminator

Imagine that, getting an IM that tells you that you don’t work here anymore. It’s true, 14 percent of men and 11 percent of women said they’d use IM to fire someone. What can I say except, OMG?

Ouch! Talk about a friendly workplace as a place where people want to work – this is polar opposite. Can’t believe it!
