Layoffspace.comHere’s an idea that’s timely: Social networking for the unemployed. Layoffspace is a place for the job displaced to share ideas and leads with each other. After all, the majority of jobs come from networking, not from cold calling. If your company uses annual RIFs as a “business strategy,” you might want to add Layoffspace as a resource for those employees who suddenly find themselves out of work with nowhere to turn.
