Security with Fingerprint

“Security is both a feeling and a reality. And they’re not the same.” says Bruce Schenier in his essay, The Psychology of Security. The topic of security has been a major concern of HR organizations for a long time, and most pointedly since 9/11. Schneier’s essay is a long read, and well worthwhile to understand the difference between real security and “security theater.” The difference is profound, and is something to consider when developing security policies as well as when communicating with employees.
