HR Jargon
Nov 9I’ve run across several jargon sites in the last few days. Fun how that goes in streaks. The Jargon Database has a nice selection of HR jargon. My favorite on the list is “Work In”:
Work In. A curious negotiating tactic that involves showing up to work, but not actually doing anything.
Work Ins are closely related to quit-and-stays.
More resources: MBA Jargon Watch, Unicorp’s Mission Statement, and Business Jargon Mugs for your whole team.
