Chamging the System - gapingvoid

When I saw this cartoon today on gapingvoid, I laughed out loud. In HR, we’re asked to be “change agents” when people often just want a new wrapper on the status quo. What’s it take to turn change inside out?

    This was a year and a half ago and I don’t use iTunes, but I’m fairly confident it’s because of the one Far Side with the penguins.
